All of our jewelry is personalized and tailored to the customers needs and specifications. It is of most importance that you verify all the order details before finalizing your order. Engravings will be done exactly as entered. If you are not happy with your product or the product arrived damaged, please contact customer service.

Any items engraved/personalized cannot be returned for refund. Please contact customer service with any incorrect/damaged items. In the event that a refund would be granted, the item would be subject to a restocking fee.

To return a shipped item to us, please follow these steps

Please contact Customer service to receive an RA#

Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the packing slip next to the item you're returning.

Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.

Ship your package pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price.

All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.

We are not responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned inaccordance with these terms.
