How to Return  

 

How long does it take to process my order?

It Could take from 2 to 3 business days to process your order.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Once the order is processed, it will be shipped that same day.

Do closeout items count towards the $500, $1000, and $5000 special promotion?

No, they already have a discount applied to them.

What do I ship my return back in?

It is best to send your return back in the box you received but you can also use a bubble or padded envelope. *Please note: Please do not send anything loose in an envelope. Paper envelopes will rip during postal processing. We are not responsible for envelopes received without product.

Can I return my package 'Return to Sender'?

'Return to Sender' is NOT an authorized return method. Any shipping charges incurred will be at customer's expense. Packages must be returned prepaid; we do not accept COD deliveries. We recommend that you use insured parcel post or priority mail for return shipment.

 

 

How long do I have to Return or Exchange an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original and unworn condition within 7 days upon receipt for a refund or exchange upon approval. (Shipping and handling fees are not refundable). You must first to contact JT Jeweler and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). This RMA number will need to be referenced on the outside of the return shipment. Upon receipt of the returned product, JT Jeweler  will, at its discretion, replace or refund the product. **Worned and used items are non-returnable.**

Are there any items that can not be returned?

Engraved, personalized, photo, monogram, name and initial, and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.

How long will my return or exchange take?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return or exchange.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

In Case of damaged or incorrect items JT Jeweler will replace it at no charge if we get a notification within 3 days from receiving it
